OrrenLab currently ships to the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier handling, customs clearance, and other delays outside our control.

Free tracked shipping on orders over $60

For orders under $60, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

OrrenLab is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country or region.

For United States customers, these fees are usually not expected for low-value orders, but any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility.
