Where We Ship

OrrenLab currently ships to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Ohio.

Delivery Estimate

Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free when you buy 2 or more pairs. The shipping rate for a 1-pair order is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email where available. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking record.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at orrenlabofficial@gmail.com. We’ll help investigate with the carrier where possible.
