30-Day Fit Guarantee

We offer a 30-day fit guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

If the fit is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

We may offer an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging where possible

Due to hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks may not be eligible for a standard return unless there is a product fault.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we’ll help you find the right fit.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
